Hey there! I’m Stephanie

Excited to help you transition to a plant-based diet. 

Former financial advisor who was tipping the scales at 200+ lbs and never worked out. I was always exhausted and couldn’t get off the diet hamster wheel.

One day, a switch flipped inside me. I needed to be healthy. Through a series of small, sustainable changes I made a big impact on my life. I lost 70+ pounds, reversed a Type 2 Diabetes diagnosis, and have boundless energy!

I created this summit because I love nothing more than helping other moms lose weight and get healthy. (except for mermaids - I really love mermaids!)

The Details

When

The Plant Based+ Method Summit will run from September 14-17, 2020 with a variety of presentations to choose from each day.

Where

I don't know about you, but I’m juggling an assertive (we don’t say bossy, it’s so 1985) kindergartener, work, the dog, self-care, oh and I try to hang out with my husband sometimes. I want to make this EASY and accessible for busy moms. With that being said, you can tune into the summit from anywhere with Internet access. (Or cellular data, like when you’re sitting in your car for 5 minutes of peace before you go into the grocery store. Shhh, it’s our secret!)

Presentations

Presentations will be 30ish minutes in length. The presentations will be available for 24-hours to encourage you to stop waiting for the right time and take action along with thousands of other moms.
